FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Relief for Property Owners with Failed Percolation TestsRetirement homes may be realized on Kent IslandJuly 20, 2006 -- Hundreds of properties have been designated not to have water and sewer. In addition, many of these properties have failed or will fail a percolation test. Willent Corporation is offering a remedy, the Environmental Waste Water Cultivation System (EWWCS), to give property owners an experimental wastewater system that does not release wastewater into groundwaters and the waterways of the Chesapeake Bay tributary system. The goal is to provide property owners the option of not losing their investment or to allow them to build their retirement home while beginning to improve Maryland's GreenInfrastructure - true Smart Growth.
